Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Large bedroom in a big old Villa in Parnell The room is unfurnished. There is a built in shelf and clothing rack (but it is not an enclosed wardrobe) $280 includes bills (power, water, and internet) We are a communal home, eating together most nights so we would prefer someone who is keen to continue the tradition. It's $40 per week and we eat well, putting away your meal for lunch if you’re out that night. For this reason, vegans probably wouldn't want to live with us (we also have a lot of taxidermy too).
