Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Looking to fill a room in my home in Halfway Bush from mid July through to early January 2025. Possible option to rent the whole place from next year as I will be moving elsewhere. Current flatmates 2 females in 20s and 30s both working in healthcare (doctor, physio) and enjoying a lifestyle of sporadic enthusiastic exercise eg mountainbiking/hiking/football/indoor bouldering and a variety of chill at home activities like attempting to grow veges and keep indoor plants alive, board games, and weekly homemade pizza nights. Recently renovated home with new kitchen/dining/bathroom and double glazing throughout. The room is reasonably large and has a built in wardrobe, is located on the sunny side of the house and easily heated. Heat pump for the main living areas works a treat. No pets or smokers.
