Description:	2 bedroom unit with 1 bathroom. Currently unfurnished double room with built in wardrobe but could provide a bed if needed otherwise, will just need to bring your own bedroom furniture. Rest of the house is fully furnished, sunny and warm. The house is located right in Richmond down a private right of way, so set back from the street. Lovely neighbours and not a party house. About a 5 minute walk to the Richmond shops. Close to the schools, supermarkets, bus stops with plenty of parks, walks and trails nearby. Rent is $200 per week plus $50 per week for bills which includes unlimited fibre, electricity, water, bins, cleaning products etc. I am a female in my late 20's working full time in Nelson City with a small dog. Ideal flatmate would be someone of similar age, laid back and friendly, clean, tidy, respectful and considerate, and who is working or studying.
