Description:	6 or more bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. ROOM FOR RENT IN MOUNT VIC - ROXBURGH ST, AVAILABLE FROM 2ND AUG (can be flexible with dates) ?? Location: Super central spot, with New World a 3 min walk (down the Hood St stairs shortcut), Oriental Bay a 5 min walk, Courtney Place a street over and only a 20 min walk along the beautiful waterfront to get to the train station or Lambton Quay. It is also super close to the Courtenay Place bus stop. ?? The house: 6 bedroom house, with one in a detached outhouse. A kitchen (with two large fridge-freezers), open lounge and two bathrooms each with a shower. It also has a washing machine and dryer. There is a great outside patio and deck space which overlooks the city. The other flatmates (3 guys, 2 girls) are all in their 20s and work a mix of day and night shifts, which makes the flat feel uncrowded and works well. The vibe is very chill, with nights of cooking and watching TV together but everyone also enjoys their own space. There is a parking pad (which fits two cars) outside the house which us tenants with cars pay for or we can rent it out externally to go towards the rent. If you had a car, a parking space would be available for $16/week. ?? The room: The room is decent sized, with lots of storage space available in the large built-in mirrored wardrobe. The room can fit a queen bed, desk and chest of drawers but note that it is unfurnished. It also stays relatively warm for a Wellington house! ??
