Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. My 2 girls and I are looking for a female flatmate to share our lovely home with. Must be friendly, reliable, a non smoker and like cool pre teens and a puppy. we also have a big garden space if Into vege gardening. We are a busy family, I work full time as an ECE teacher and then we are doing after school activities and weekend sports so not here much. Girls are here 4 nights a week and at their dads for 3, they are super cool, respectful and easy going girls. Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Located Wakapuaka 7 minutes drive from Nelson. $220 a week, includes power, internet and water. No pets or smokers.
