Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Couples or singles welcome. Available short or long term. The whole house is fully furnished, including the bedrooms. Great location - it is just several doors along from the Botanic Gardens/Cable Car end of Upland Rd. You can cut down on fossil fuel consumption and bus fares – ten minutes walk down to Willis St/Lambton Quay. Welcoming and friendly mix of good folk. We lean left, green, and we recycle. We all live pretty independently - bed-sitting room style (it's a big 390 sqm house split into two wings). We share common area cleaning. Easy living, so you can focus on your priorities. There are plenty of books - lots by NZ authors too. I host private house concerts in my bed-sitting room about once a month. Flatmates always welcome. You can switch rooms to bigger or smaller as they come available. Two weeks deposit, and two weeks rent and expenses due fortnightly in advance. Two weeks notice of moving out. We use the NZ Flat Sharing Agreement (search VUW website or Tenancy Services). The room available is $235 rent weekly. Expenses include;- power/heat; unlimited fibre internet; laundry & cleaning consumables; household and kitchen basics (foil, herbs & spices, oil, flour; oats, coffee, sugar, tea, etc), rubbish collection, etc. $40 weekly ($70 for two sharing a room).
