Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. We have a fantastic spacious room available soon. The room has plenty of storage and sunlight as it faces the northeast. It is empty but we can help out with furniture if needed. The rest of the house is fully furnished. The house has a beautiful garden and a terraced sun room with the view of Rangitoto Island in the distance. It is our favorite spot to have a coffee in the morning. Remuera village is just a short walk and has plenty of cafes, a library and supermarket. There is also a little park close by to take a stroll. We are three considerate flatmates. Two of us are brother and sister with two lovely Chihuahuas once you know them. We work in the entertainment industry doing film and radio. The third flatmate is a female professional. We are aged between 27 to 34. We are looking for a working professional, who is tidy and loves to hang out with doggies. No pets.
