Description:	4 bedroom house with 4 bathrooms. Looking for a female full time working professional or student to join our quiet and peaceful household in August. Someone who is tidy, clean, considerate and respectful to other flatmates is most important. The room available is a large near new ensuite (own bathroom) with walk in wardrobe and extra wardrobe for plenty of storage space. The picture is a staging photo as existing flatmate is still there. Room is unfurnished but a queen bed is provided if needed. Plenty of street parking in a secure and quiet street. There is a shared kitchen between one or two other female flatmates and dining area that looks out into a lush garden. Someone who does simple cooking or doesn't cook often is preferred. Can provide you with some basic utensils but you will need your own pots/ pans and knives as it is easier to look after your own things. Whiteware is shared. Walking distance to Ormiston Town Centre, bus stops, schools and parks.Very close to Manukau, East Tamaki, Botany and motorway. 2 existing female flatmates and a couple with baby all around mid 20s and 30s. The rooms are well separated and enough space for everyone so you will not notice the baby. All very clean and tidy and quiet. We are very sociable as well and enjoy the occasional boardgames, flat dinners. If this sounds like you, please advise name, occupation and a little about yourself to be considered for viewing.
