Description:	5 bedroom house with 4 bathrooms. ROOMS available from Sept 2024. The home is located on a private back section in a quiet and sunny location. Access is single level. Common spaces include, lounge, kitchen, dining and laundry. There is a large conservatory space (9 x 3.3m approx) There are two separate bathrooms and two separate toilets (hence 4 bathrooms listed). Board includes power, wifi, rubbish and Netflix is available. Rooms available are comfortable and clean: Room 2 - $230 p/week (5m x 2.3m approx): Room would suit a double bed or two singles, it has a double wardrobe and plenty of room for other furniture. It is tidy and comes with a radiant heater. (* Extra $70 p/week if two people). Room 3 - $350 p/week (4.2 x 5.0m approx.) Room is large, with a large double wardrobe and sliding door giving direct external access. Better suited for a couple. Our ideal flat mate Friendly, tidy, quiet and looks after themselves and is respectful of others property. Noise levels kept to a minimum. Prefer a professional person/s, courteous of others, happy to join in on occasions for meals etc. Agreement / Bond A tenancy agreement will be provided and a 3 week bond is expected prior to moving in. No minimum stays. No pets. No pets or smokers.
