We have a double bedroom available, and you can rent it fully furnished or you can bring your furniture, The room is very tidy and very spacious with 2 wardrobes and windows facing east and south, which is great for sunrises, suitable for a single person or a couple. Our home is a 4 bedroom house and 2 separate bathrooms in a very quiet street, in a prime location in the Remuera area and handy access to the mall (Westfield Newmarket), public transport and plenty of parks, near shops cafes and restaurants in the area. Plenty of parking space on street and off street available. Bills are not included in the rent, and all bills are evenly split among Flatmate’s. Rent per week is 230 for a single and 300 for a couple or if you would like to share the room with a friend, we can also discuss the options. Our home have currently 3 Flatmates, (2 Koreans and 1 Brazilian ). We are friendly and quiet people, busy professionals and students, and we would prefer someone who might fit the same profile.
