It is within easy walking distance to bus stops, supermarket and shops. You will be renting a double upstairs room with a large wardrobe and share a bathroom with 2 other male flatmates. The bathroom has a shower, bath, heated towel rail and cosy under floor heating. The house is fully insulated, double glazed with central heating. There are two living areas each with large tv, study & scullery off the kitchen. Top of the line appliances with second freezer in garage, plus a linen cupboard. Fortnightly cleaner and lawns mowed free of charge. You will ideally be in full time work, and will relish living in an interesting, fun and companionable home environment. We are looking for a relaxed, friendly, independent and considerate person to join us. You will be neuro-diverse friendly. No smokers or vapers. Move in costs: 4 weeks rent + 2 weeks rent in advance. References will be required. No pets or smokers.
