Description:	5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. 5 bedroom new sunny modern home in red beach, fully furnished. Close to all amenities like woolworth, pack&save, Silverdale mall, gyms, warehouse, Domino’s, Hells pizza, & more. 5 min drive to hibiscus coast bus station. Very quiet & neighbourly suburb where it is nice, safe and quiet to go for morning jog and after meal walks. Orewa beach and red beach just minutes away, also restaurants, local cafes, bars and shops are just 5 mins away besides the orewa beach. Room at downstairs, one double room with a brand new double bed, desk and chair included. You will have you own bathroom+toilet and new fridge freezer. looking for one person to share this beatiful house with one young asian couple and their two little dogs(both are cavoodle). No parties and low level noise after 10pm, no friend come overnight stay, otherwise $10/ night. Everyone is expected to respect each other and keep clean all the time especially kitchen and bathroom. Water and power to be reasonable use, no long hours electronic devices like heaters or mini fan in room, otherwise you have to pay the excess electricity bill. Two weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance please. Plenty of off-Street parking, no smoker. Must love dog.
