Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. 3-bedroom house with 1 bathroom and separate toilet. I have one double bedroom that is available. The room has a small built-in wardrobe and will be unfurnished. It comfortably fits a queen bed and some furniture. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Warm and freshly renovated house with double glazing, full insulation and a heat pump. It gets all day sun throughout the rooms and has great open plan living onto a covered deck. Great for the summer! The house is on a spacious section, fully fenced and has secure storage sheds for any additional belongings needing to be stored. There is plenty of off-street parking available. The room available is $160 p/ week which includes rent only. Power and unlimited internet will be shared equally between three flatmates and paid monthly. To move in, we require a bond of 2 weeks rent + 1 week rent in advance. No smokers No couples No students I am a 31-year-old female who works full time and owns the house. I also have two mini schnauzers who are pretty chilled out and great company so you must like dogs. I have one other flatmate, male, late 20s who also works full time. I would prefer someone of similar age. You must have full time employment, be clean, respectful and pay rent on time.
