Sleep out separate from house, the bathroom and kitchen are located in the main house, but only about 10 steps away, so keep this in mind if it bothers you. Sunny, clean, private, quiet, safe, good neighbors, a peaceful garden and nice outdoor area. House has security cameras and a ginger guard cat. Rent includes power and fast broadband so no other costs. Place comes fully furnished with really comfy queen bed (feather doona/duvet & wool underlay) desk, fridge for snacks, drawers etc. Short or long term ok, place is fully furnished, just bring yourself. There is extra storage available. Previous tenants have been backpackers & travelers or people new to Chch (it's like a home stay) but let me know a bit about yourself as it might suit you. Only 100 metres to the beach which I think is amazing. You'll be living with Gen-x female owner, Aussie, relaxed, in for friendly banter and a coffee in the kitchen. My partner is a tour guide so he is away more often than not. Let me know a bit about yourself when you message, just trying to find the right fit for the place. No pets.
