Set on a large section with a double garage, front and back lawn, wrap around veranda and outdoor dining area. House is fully furnished except for the room itself. Wooden floors throughout and a Heatpump in lounge for Winter. Room easily fits a queen bed and drawers etc. Wall width window. Full use of the garage for storage. Current Flatmates: Late 20s Female working in Medicine Mid 20s Female Graphic Designer & Mid 20s Male Builder (Couple) Mid 20s Female Beauty Therapist All work full time during the week but come weekends like to make the most of what Northland has to offer, road tripping and exploring the coast or enjoying a quiet beverage. Ideal Flatmate would be: - Fulltime employed - Clean & Tidy - Mid 20s – Mid 30s - Active & Sociable Additional $25/week covers unlimited fibre wifi, power, water, lawns, rubbish collection and all essential household items except food.
