Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. The house is in a very sunny area and catches much light. It is at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, so it is relatively quiet. The bedroom is large with a double-door wardrobe. The bathroom is directly opposite and will be primarily yours, as I have an en-suite. There is direct access to the kitchen and lounge. No bath, only showers :(. There is a back deck and a small-medium yard, nice in summer. The third room is currently used for storage/spare room, if you require an office or a second space this can be negotiated. I have 3 x cats and 1 x dog so unfortunately I have reached my capacity of four-legged creatures. No pets.
