Our long term tenants are moving out, as they purchased their own property. The flat will become available on Sunday, 15th December - possibly 14th - so we are inviting prospective flatmates to view now. The flat is situated under our main family home and is quiet and private. There is a ranch slider that opens up to a garden, with a small deck. The flat has a covered, private entrance and there are two off-street car parks included. The flat Kitchen will be refurbished when the current couple moves on, which will include a new Oven and Cabinets. The flat has modern amenities and is up to the healthy homes standard. It has curtains and drapes fitted, with a proper oven and dishwasher. The current pictures detail the old kitchen. Two weeks bond and two weeks rent in advance is required to move in. Rent is $450 per week plus water/power. Unlimited Fibre Broadband Internet with a wi-fi unit is included. Water and Power is metered, so you only pay for what you use. Our current tenants pay between $125 -$150 a month for expenses. The flat is well equipped with: - Heat Pump / Air Conditioner Unit - The Bathroom contains a Washing Machine, Dryer, Washing tub and Moisture extractor fan. - The new Kitchen will contain an Extractor fan, Food waste disposal unit, Clean Water filter, a proper Oven with hob and Dishwasher - Fridge and Microwave This is a wonderful opportunity for a couple or single person, to secure a place before Xmas. Our house is situated near the top of Roberts Road. It's a 15 minute drive to Takapuna Beach, a 10 minute walk to the Glenfield Mall and there are three bus stops within throwing distance.
