It’s in the middle of soft and firm, so it’s about 50% firm/50% soft From memory, the mattress spring bases were the same and medium/soft only differed in the thickness of the pillow top on the mattress. The medium was only ~2/3rds the thickness of the soft. The soft was really squishy so we got the medium for a little more support and still good comfort. We actually had a firm for 2 days - that was like lying on a concrete slab and you couldn’t sleep. mankhua (63) • Tuesday, 30 April 2024
