Description
250ml cans dated Feb 2024
My task is to go thru the stock room and clear it out so the stock room can be relocated.
Reduced to clear ---- Some of these items I couldn't find a 'best before' date but have included them in the photo. (please know the difference between a 'best before' date and a 'use by' date as they don't have the same meaning).
several trays of 30 cans avail NOTE: auction is for one only 250ml can but more on request same price for each can
Please read the auction properly and not assume it's for the lot
NOTE: the buy now is for 30 cans
If wanting posted it will be sorted after selling as cans can be quite weighty
NOTE: I've spoken with the health dept and been told as long as the items have been clearly declared 'dated stock' so it's drawn to a buyers attention, there is no health issues in selling them and obviously stating/being 'dated stock' you would be buying an item(s) as is.
FOOTNOTE info: As a lot of people are ignorant as to the difference between a 'best before' date or a 'use by' date please glance thru the below....
mpi.govt.nz: Best-before date marks on food A best-before date relates to the food's quality. If it looks and smells okay, it probably is. Check it, sniff it, taste it – don’t waste it. Foods with best-before dates will spoil before they become unsafe to eat. It is legal to sell food past its best-before date.
foodstandards.gov.nz Foods that have a 'best-before' date can legally be sold after that date.
https://www.consumer.org.nz/articles/use-by-dates-on-food Info as to the difference between 'BEST BEFORE' dates and 'USE BY' dates (generally of perishables).

Why is it more expensive if you buy a whole tray, usually it's cheaper if you buy more m*****5 (555 • 3:08 pm, Sat, 25 May )If you buy loose they're 80c each which is way less than if you brought from a store and a tray of 30 is less than buying individually. The auction is what is says. If you're expecting less than 80c each then you're in the wrong place trademe1999 (1037 • Saturday, 25 May 2024 )30 at 80c each would be $24 which is less than th$25 you want for a tray with the buy now. So a tray is not less than buying Individually so my question was a sensible question m*****5 (555 • 6:30 pm, Sat, 25 May )Youre basically splitting hairs over a $1 difference. We can't be bothered dealing with people like you quibbling over 1 dollar trademe1999 (1037 • Saturday, 25 May 2024 )We could have upped the price per can to $1 and it'd still be cheaper than in a store but we settled on 80c instead. Whether someone buy loose or a tray is their choice and I'm sure they won't bitch over $1 difference Seller comment Saturday, 25 May 2024
