Retail to buy was $5k.. Sunbrella and quick dry foam is not a cheap set. The sides of the 3 seater and the chair both lift up and lock in to be a tray table. No wear or tear no fading (hey its sunbrella -its fade free) Only visible wear is the hinges on the flaps for the tray table have rust stains. no biggie not major, more unsightly but can be fixed/cleaned replaced easily set includes 3 seater with the extra side cushions plus 1 chair and 1 coffee table
