Jimmy Reardon is the head of a third generation west coast crime family. His activities are under surveillance from Vancouver's Organised Crime Unit (OCU) and he is a tempting target for the federal intelligence agency CSIS which is looking to expand its undercover network. When a stolen briefcase containing files on OCU's top informants falls into Jimmy's hands threatening the very existence of the unit both agencies will do whatever it takes to gain Jimmy's cooperation and protect their innermost secrets.
