Basically everything you'd want for a full home gym setup.

• Squat rack
• Olympic barbell (7 foot, rated for ~130kg added weight)
• EZ Curl barbell (Both the regular and EZ-curl barbells do have some rust on them, as is pictured)
• Adjustable bench (can be set to 3 different settings, flat horizontal, 45 degrees and flat vertical)
• Two pairs of adjustable dumbbells, with one pair able to go up to 20kg each hand (see photos) 100kg total Olympic plates. Within that it is a pair of each of the following
• 20kg rubber coated
• 10kg rubber coated
• 10kg Bumper plates (also olympic barbell, but standard outer diameter designed to be dropped etc)
• 5kg rubber coated
• 2.5kg rubber coated -1.25kg rubber coated

As you see from the photos the squat rack also features two pulleys. These work okay but have kind of a shit range of motion. So I'm throwing in the attachments I have for the pulleys for free, which are:

• v-bar pulldown attachment
• rope pulldown attachment

I can't remember the rating for the squat rack off the top of my head, but it's rated for something in the ballpark of 400kg
