Hello All This is a company vehicle with a full-service history. Never had any issues with it until around the 147,000km mark where the oil warning light popped on and then by the time I stopped in at the nearest BP it had smoke coming from the engine. Found coolant feed to turbo (located in valley) leaking. Remove associated components to access & remove intake manifold, found rubber junction in turbo coolant feed hose disintegrated. Removed & replaced hose. Reassembled engine, filled & bled cooling system. Ran up & checked, road tested. Please note, suspect hose had failed due to excessive overheating.
