Cool auctions now on the homepage
We’ve added a Cool auctions feature to the homepage, so you can easily check out the most interesting (and the quirkiest) auctions running on Trade Me.
We’re confident that there will be plenty of Cool auctions to display. Otherwise, our Getting started video links will appear instead.
Fee changes in property
Effective 15 February, the fee to list a property for sale will increase from $199 to $249. There are no success fees in this category, and you can relist for free until sold.
Facebook and Twitter now on listings
Because everyone likes to share, we've added some new Twitter and Facebook links to listings, so you can quickly pass on links of interest to your friends and followers.
Wellington Anniversary Pay Now payment delay
Due to Wellington Anniversary on Monday 25 January, there will be a delay in the processing of Pay Now payments. These payments will instead be made on Tuesday night.

9:30pm: Site Issue
Between 8:40pm and 9:05pm this evening some members may have received error messages and noticed that Trade Me was running slow. This problem was traced to connection issues on one of our database servers. We have now fixed the problem and sincerely apologise to those members inconvenienced by it.
