4:55 pm: Problems with credit card payments

There were problems with the NZ credit card processing network this afternoon between approximately 12:30 pm and 4:45 pm.

The problem has now been resolved.

9:00 am: Duplicate emails

Over the past day some members have received duplicate emails from Trade Me. This was due to an internal technical problem that has now been resolved.

4:20 pm: Problems with uploading photos

We experienced a technical problem with our photo upload process between 3:30 pm and 4:00 pm that affected some members.

The problem has now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience.

3:00 pm: Email delays

Some Trade Me emails have been delayed today due to a technical problem.

Scheduled maintenance

Trade Me will be unavailable from approximately 4:30 am to 6:00 am on Wednesday the 18th of January for scheduled maintenance and upgrades.

All auctions closing between 4:30 am and 6:30 am will be extended by three hours.
