Trade Me will be unavailable from approximately 5:30 am to 7:00 am on Wednesday the 7th of December for scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
All auctions closing between 5:30 am and 8:00 am will be extended by three hours.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
NZ Post prices
The recent pricing changes by NZ Post have affected the discount we can get you on Post tickets, the good news is they are still cheaper than the Post shop. The new prices are:
PacketPost - 1.5kg tickets now $63.50 (RRP $66.50)
ParcelPost - 2kg tickets now $85.00 (RRP $90.25)

10:45 am: Problems on the site
We experienced some technical problems on the site between 7 am and 10:30 am this morning. New listings were delayed in appearing on the site and there were delays in closing auctions.
We have fixed the problem and will do everything we can to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
Small scheduled outage at 5:30 pm today
Trade Me will be unavailable from 5:30 pm this afternoon for approximately 20 minutes for urgent changes.
All auctions closing between 5:20 pm and 6:20 pm will be extended by an hour. We apologise for any inconvenience.
10:45 am: Site outage this morning
We performed some systems changes early this morning to provide additional capacity for our growth. Unfortunately there was an unexpected issue during the upgrade which caused the site to be down for longer than expected.
Trade Me was unavailable between approximately 5:30 am and 10:40 am. All auctions that were due to close in this time have been extended and will close from 11:30 am onwards. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and lapse in service.
