Scheduled maintenance
Trade Me will be unavailable for approximately two hours from 2:30 am on Thursday the 8th of December for maintenance.
All auctions scheduled to close during this time will be extended by three hours. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Small scheduled outage at 5:30 pm today
Trade Me will be unavailable from 5:30 pm this afternoon for approximately 20 minutes for urgent changes.
All auctions closing between 5:20 pm and 6:20 pm will be extended by an hour. We apologise for any inconvenience.
10:45 am: Site outage this morning
We performed some systems changes early this morning to provide additional capacity for our growth. Unfortunately there was an unexpected issue during the upgrade which caused the site to be down for longer than expected.
Trade Me was unavailable between approximately 5:30 am and 10:40 am. All auctions that were due to close in this time have been extended and will close from 11:30 am onwards. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and lapse in service.
Increase to number of Photos
We have increased the number of photos you can upload in the following categories:
- Cars and other vehicles – increased to 5 photos
- Rental Property and Flatmates – increased to 20 photos
- Commercial Property – increased to 20 photos
All photos are free for the above categories.
New upload photos page
We have made improvements to the Upload Photos page in the Sell process. The new pages will make it easier to upload new or select existing photos and re-order them to best suit the item being listed.
