Brand new items
When selling an item you can now specify that the item is brand new. Only items that are unused with their original packaging should be advertised as brand new.
A "brand new" icon will appear at the top of your listing.
Site Problems
We experienced technical difficulties last night between the hours of 6pm and 9pm.
Pages would have been slow to load and you may have received errors trying to access certain areas of the site.
Our technicians have located and fixed the cause of this problem. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Scheduled Maintenance
The Trade Me sites will be unavailable from 11pm on Thursday the 10th of June until approximately 7am on Friday for scheduled maintenance and upgrades.
All affected auctions will be extended by 24 hours. Saved search emails and category subscriptions will also be delayed.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Message Board Rules Updated.
The Message Board has recently updated its rules. Please read through these thoroughly to ensure that your postings adhere to these new changes.
Orcon based email
We are currently experiencing problems with the delivery of email to Orcon hosted email domains. These include the domains orcon.co.nz, value.net.nz, hyper.net.nz and powerlink.co.nz. If you are having trouble receiving email to addresses on these domains, or any others hosted by Orcon then we would suggest you contact your ISP.
