Payments over Easter

Written by Paul in General and Top Seller at 10:39am, Thu 21 Apr 2011

The banks shut up shop over Easter, which means some payments to Trade Me accounts will be processed a little later than usual.

If you pay via phone or internet banking after 10pm on Thursday 21 April, the payment will not be processed to your account until the morning of Wednesday 27 April.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, but that is how the banks roll for public holidays. We hope you all have a fantastic Easter break.

To counteract it, his classmates came in the next day wearing pink shirts to stand up against them. They bought 50 pink shirts and stood in the school foyer handing them out to classmates.

Pink Shirt Day is now established in other countries around the world to raise awareness and help stop bullying in schools and elsewhere. In New Zealand, it is being supported by several organisations including the Mental Health Foundation.  More...
