COVID-19 update: Trading at each alert level

Following the Government’s announcement that we’re moving alert levels, from Monday 15 February there are some things you need to know about trading safely onsite.
The safety of our members is our top priority. All members must follow the Government’s guidelines and our COVID-19 safe trading guidelines. Please be patient and kind to your fellow Kiwis.

Payment delays over Waitangi Day

Due to the upcoming Waitangi Day holiday, there’ll be a delay in processing payments to your Trade Me account made by phone or internet banking.
If you pay by these methods, payments made after 10:00 pm on Friday 5 February will not be processed until Wednesday 10 February.
If you top up by credit or debit card, your payment will be processed instantly. More...
