Property pricing changes on the way

On 11 October we’re making some changes to the basic listing fees for private sellers listing property for sale and for rent. These only affect two tiers of pricing as set out in the table below:

In the last year, we’ve built a bunch of new things to improve the site for both sellers and property hunters. This includes providing access to lots of property data for free, and improvements to make it easier to find the property you’re looking for. This has resulted in 15% more visits* from people coming to look at Trade Me Property. We’ll continue to make more improvements to make Trade Me Property even better – keep an eye out. More...

Scheduled maintenance

Trade Me will be unavailable on Saturday 24 September between 2:00am and 5:00am for scheduled maintenance. All auctions that are due to close between 2:00am and 6:00am will be extended by four hours.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Daylight Saving kicks in this Sunday

It's that time of year again - Daylight Saving kicks in at 2:00am this Sunday, so you'll need to put your clock forward one hour.

To make sure everything ticks over smoothly, auctions due to close between 2:00am and 4:00am will be extended by two hours.

Daylight Saving will stick around until Sunday, 2 April 2017, so there's plenty of time to soak up the summer sunshine. More...

Site issues

Unfortunately we had some intermittent issues with the site for 15 minutes today (approx. 11.05 – 11.20am). This meant that on and off over this period some pages weren’t loading for some of our members. It is all fixed now and we’re sorry for any inconvenience it caused.

Any auctions closing between 11.42am-2.42pm today have been extended by up to three hours to make sure you don’t miss out on any bids.
