Scheduled Maintenance

Trade Me will be unavailable on Saturday 28th April between 2:00 am and 5:00 am for scheduled maintenance and upgrades. All auctions that are due to close between 2:00 am and 6:00 am will be extended by 4 hours. Saved search emails and category subscriptions will also be delayed.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Free Listing Allowance Changes

We have changed the free listing allowance to be friendlier to big sellers. It now looks at a seller’s best sales week over the last six weeks rather than the last four.

We have also reduced the listing fee for items over the free listing allowance from 25c to 10c.

Anzac Day Payment Delays

Unfortunately due to bank closures on Anzac Day there will be a delay in Internet and phone banking payments appearing on your Trade Me account.

Payments made between 7pm 24 April and 7pm 26 April will be processed on 27 April.

We apologise for the inconvenience, unfortunately it is beyond our control.

Trade Me may be unavailable on Monday 23rd April between 5:00 am and 6:00 am for scheduled maintenance and upgrades. All auctions that are due to close during this time will be extended by 1 hour.
