Rental estimates – new on Property Insights

We’ve added another great feature to Property Insights – rental estimates. Now you can access estimates on the rental asking price of over 1.2 million properties across New Zealand, all for free. Each estimate is calculated to give you a range of what that property might have as a rental asking price in today's market.

To find a rental estimate on a property you're interested in, visit Property Insights and search for an address or click the ‘Estimates nearby’ button on Trade Me Property listings.

As we announced two weeks ago, today we made some changes to both the basic listing fees and extra fees for private sellers on Trade Me Property in the following categories:

• Residential for sale (including lifestyle and sections for sale)
• Residential for rent
• Rural
• Retirement villages
• Commercial for sale
• Commercial for lease
• Flatmates wanted

On 29 August 2017 we’re making some changes to both the basic listing fees and extra fees for private sellers listing in the following categories on Trade Me Property:
