Category changes

Today we are merging "Electronics" & "Photography". This category change is a result of user testing and feedback from members. If your item was listed in any of the categories that have been changed, when you re-list you will be asked to reselect a category. All of the other auction details will remain the same.

New sidebar searches for popular categories

We have added sidebar searches for the following categories:
Computers > Complete Systems
Computers > Laptops > Laptops
Computers > Monitors
Mobile phones > Accessories
Photography > Digital Cameras > Cameras

The new search is on the left-hand side in these categories and is designed to help you find items you’re interested in.

Help has had a facelift!

Scheduled maintenance

We will be undertaking some maintenance on photos between approximately 5:00 am and 5:30 am on Friday the 3rd of June. During this period the site may be unavailable or some photos may not show.

All auctions closing between 5:00 am and 6:00 am have been extended by one hour. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Scheduled maintenance

Trade Me will be unavailable from approximately 6:00 am to 7:00 am on Thursday the 2nd of June for scheduled maintenance and upgrades. All auctions closing between 6:00 am and 8:00 am will be extended by two hours.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
