Change to our Terms and Conditions

Written by Trade Me staff at 10:23am, Tue 3 Jul 2007

We've updated our Terms and Conditions by adding section 4.2 (u).

To help maintain quality listings on Trade Me, we reserve the right to suspend traders who list more than 500 auctions per week, where the sell through rate of these auctions averages less than 10% over four weeks.

We will talk directly with affected traders in the coming weeks before taking any action.
