Property pricing has changed
As we announced two weeks ago, we’ve made some changes to standard listing fees for private sellers listing property for sale or to rent on Trade Me Property.

Scheduled maintenance
Trade Me will be unavailable on Wednesday 5 October between 2:00am and 5:00am for scheduled maintenance. All auctions that are due to close between 2:00am and 6:00am will be extended by four hours.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Trade Me Motors price change from today
As we let you know two weeks ago, today we’re making a change to the cap on auction success fees for all vehicles listed via an auction on Trade Me Motors. The success fee remains at 1.95% of the sale price, but the cap will increase from $49 to $99.
We’re also increasing the minimum withdrawal fee for Trade Me Motors auctions from $39 to $49, and the withdrawal fee cap will increase from $49 to $99. All other motors prices remain the same.
Trade Me Jobs price change from today
As we announced in August, today we’ve made some changes to prices for casual listings, job packs and premium products on Trade Me Jobs.
Casual listings
• A casual job listing has increased from $154.78 + GST ($178 incl. GST) to $169 + GST ($194.35 incl. GST).
• Adding a Feature has increased from $86.09 + GST ($99 incl. GST) to $94 + GST ($108.10 incl. GST).
• Branding has increased from $30 + GST ($34.50 incl. GST) to $33.00 + GST ($37.95 incl. GST).
Job pack clients
The price to purchase most job packs and premium products has increased. However, there is no change to the price of a 100 job pack. More...
