Rental estimates – new on Property Insights
We’ve added another great feature to Property Insights – rental estimates. Now you can access estimates on the rental asking price of over 1.2 million properties across New Zealand, all for free. Each estimate is calculated to give you a range of what that property might have as a rental asking price in today's market.
To find a rental estimate on a property you're interested in, visit Property Insights and search for an address or click the ‘Estimates nearby’ button on Trade Me Property listings.
Auto-billing is running late today
The weekly auto-billing charge is running late today. We're working on getting this sorted, and if you use auto-billing you can expect to be charged this afternoon.
This will be for the amount that was emailed to you on Tuesday, and in the meantime, you'll be able to create listings as usual.
Apologies if this has caused any trouble.

Trade Me Motors auction price change from today
As we let you know two weeks ago, today we made a change to the listing fee and success fee when listing a vehicle by auction.
The price to list an auction has increased from $39 to $39.99, and success fee has increased from 1.95% to 2% of the sale price. The maximum success fee and withdrawal fee will remain unchanged.
