New: Trade Me Fashion
We've been strutting the runway to make Trade Me's most popular category even better. It's not just clothing, it's fashion - Trade Me Fashion!
This is just the start, and these changes are only available on the desktop site for now, but we think you'll like what you see in the new Fashion landing page, with trends and ideas to make your own.
Simple, sleek departments
We’ve reduced the departments in Clothing down to the big four - Women, Men, Girls, Boys - and created a new navigation bar just for Fashion.
Flyout menus
When you hover over a department, the category menu will slide out allowing you to quickly browse to a sub-category.
Fashion carousel
Right below the sleek department navigation bar is the Fashion carousel. Here you’ll find Trade Me Fashion’s regular updates on what’s hot, providing inspiration to your fashion search. Click on a link on any part of the carousel and you’ll jump straight to relevant listings.
Recommended listings
Below the carousel, we’ve collected a sample of recommended listings for each department. When you log in we’ll show you even more of the fashion you like, including your fashion watchlist and your recent fashion searches. Simply hover over an image to see more info such as listing title and price, or click on the image to take you to the full details of that listing.
To make sure you never miss out on that perfect fashion piece, you can create as many saved searches as you like – combining colour, size, style, price, retro, vintage, and designer – and you’ll receive an email whenever there is a match.
