Trade Me Property pricing has changed

As we announced two weeks ago, we’ve made some changes to listing fees and promotional fees for private sellers listing property for sale, for rent or car parks on Trade Me Property.

Please note: in our announcement two weeks ago, we made a mistake saying that properties for rent under $450 per week will have a listing fee of $99. This should have said properties for rent under $400 will have a listing fee of $99. Properties for rent between $400-$799 have a new fee of $139.

We've also tweaked some language in the announcement that may have caused confusion – please let us know if you have any questions about these price changes.

And remember, there are no success fees or withdrawal fees for a Trade Me Property listings.
