We’re refreshing our emails

From today you may notice that some of the emails we send you have been refreshed.

What’s changing?

We want to ensure the emails we send are more relevant to you, helpful, and a lot easier on the eye. We’re using a third party tool to help us with this.

Some emails will be sent from the new domain name @email.trademe.co.nz (as well as mailer@trademe.co.nz like normal). To ensure these emails don’t go into your Junk folder, we recommend adding @email.trademe.co.nz to your ‘Safe senders’ list in your email account.
