Sold prices – new on Trade Me Property’s iOS app
Users of our Trade Me Property iOS app can now find out the most recent sold price of many residential property addresses in Auckland, Wellington City and Christchurch – for free!
How do I see this information?
Make sure you have the latest version of the Trade Me Property iOS app, then tap on the ‘Sold’ tab next to ‘For Sale’ and ‘For Rent’. From here, you can find out the last sold price associated with a particular address in Auckland, Wellington City and Christchurch.
You can use the map to move to the address you'd like to see a sold price for, or you can enter an address or area in the 'Location' search. You can also filter your results by tapping 'Refine'.
We’re working hard to provide this information for other areas around NZ, so stay tuned as more is coming!
