Text Me has been switched off

Today we switched off Text Me. This was the service that provided text alerts an hour before an auction closed or whenever you were outbid.
Any text notifications that were set up before today will still be sent, but new ones can't be created.
Text Me was superseded by our mobile apps and we’re keen to focus on building better products for our apps which are completely free to use (whereas Text Me cost you 20c a message).
What can I use instead?
To make it even easier to get notifications and bid on the go, we recommend downloading one of our apps. These are all free to use and make it simple to bid and buy, view your Watchlist, check your listings and search Trade Me.
