CourierPost quotes missing when you book a courier

You may have noticed CourierPost quotes aren’t being returned when you book a courier on Trade Me (even though you’ll be able to see them in the courier cost calculator when listing an item).

We understand there are issues at CourierPost’s end and we know they’re working hard to get these resolved as soon as possible. We’ve removed the option to book a courier with CourierPost until early next week, while they work on getting this fixed.

In the meantime, if you’re using our courier booking service, we recommend:

• Selecting a Fastway courier option in the courier cost calculator.
• If you’d like to book a CourierPost courier for your sold item, sit tight. We expect that CourierPost’s services will be up and running from early next week at the latest.
• If you have a live listing with no bids on it, you could remove the CourierPost shipping option.
• If you’ve only just listed an auction, this should be fixed before your listing closes.

We’ll update this announcement once we know more, but recommend you keep an eye on the NZ Post website for the latest information and keep your buyers updated.
