Payments outage

Payments were down for 20 minutes today which meant that some members couldn't pay by credit or debit card. All payments are back up and running again as normal - we're sorry for any inconvenience.
Unfortunately from 3.25-3.45pm one of the banks suffered an outage which affected payments on Trade Me and meant that some payments didn't go through.
You will have received an error message during this time. If you didn't get an error message and you've received a confirmation email on your Trade Me purchase you don't need to do anything.
If your payment didn't work - it's back up and running just go back and make your payment now.
