An update to our terms and conditions

As we announced on 7 February, our new Buyer Protection safety net comes into force today.
Buyer Protection means that if you buy an item on Trade Me Marketplace using our card payment system, and it doesn’t arrive or isn’t as described, we can refund your money*.
To make this happen, today we made changes to our terms and conditions, privacy policy and Pay Now terms and conditions. For more info about these changes, see our site announcement.
