Upcoming terms and conditions change

Today we launched Ping – our new service to make payments even easier, faster and safer.
The Ping terms and conditions and direct debit terms and conditions come into effect on 22 March 2017 and will be incorporated into the standard terms and conditions.
As Buyer Protection will be available through Ping, we’ll also be making some related changes to our Buyer Protection policy (including clarifying when we share information in disputes) and to our standard terms and conditions.
For those given early access to Ping from 14 March 2017, you’ll be deemed to accept all relevant terms changes from your first use of Ping.
