NZTalent: No qualifications required

Recently we've been working with an organisation called NZTalent to help promote the idea that employers need 'the right talent for the right role'.
Put simply, this means that not every job requires a formal qualification. Sometimes talent, experience and hard work are just as important.
We signed NZTalent's open letter along with a number of New Zealand companies including ASB, Spark, Fonterra and Xero, and we've also added an 'experience' search attribute for job seekers using Trade Me Jobs.
Tertiary education is important and useful but it's not the only way to get a great role.
