Update:

The issue has been fixed and My Products and Tradevine are working again. We’re still doing some other maintenance which means things may be taking a little longer than usual. We should have this back up and running in a few hours. Thanks for your patience.

We are currently doing some unplanned maintenance on My Products and Tradevine. These systems are only partially available while the maintenance is underway. We’re really sorry for the hassle and disruption and will get things back up and running as soon as possible. We’ll update this announcement when we have an update.
