Several small changes

Place a classified and run an auction have merged - so you can now place a listing from a single page,
and upload a photo during the place a classified process.
The 'view seller's listings' page shows the number of bids, and can be sorted by title, dates, price and bids. We will soon be making all listing pages behave in this way.
The reserve price is no longer displayed on expired auctions.
Stores can run 'permanent listings'. These listings are only available from the store pages, and do not expire.
To purchase these items, you can place a bid or use buy now in the same manner as a standard auction.
