Trade Me's 12 Days of Christmas

If you haven't yet spotted Trade Me's 12 Days of Christmas, you should check it out. It's an idea to help spread the Christmas cheer, have a bit of fun, and do a little something to help with the earthquake rebuilding effort down in Canterbury.

It involves a bunch of great companies from around the country each donating something cool for 12 special one-day, $1 reserve auctions running from 9-20 December. Just like the old Twelve Days of Christmas carol, each day the package up for grabs will increase by one item.

By Day 12, people will be bidding for a monstrous collection of goodies, but it is highly unlikely that there will be any drummers drumming, pipers piping or hens of any nationality.

The 12 different auction packs will be delivered (free) to each winning bidder’s house in time for Christmas thanks to the good people at Pass The Parcel.

100 per cent of proceeds will go to The New Zealand Red Cross Canterbury Earthquake Commission.
